Delivery and Shipping

We're pleased to say that Springline is revered the world over, so we can deliver to just about anywhere. We are a proud manufacturer of most of the products we sell and they are not always in stock, most are made to order and the customers specifications.

We aim to send these to you within 14 days of order confirmation, if we have an extended manufacture and delivery time we will inform you within 5 days of placing the order.

Please note that after an order has been dispatched we are unable to amend delivery details. If you are worried that your goods have been lost at some point on their journey to you, please contact our Customer Services team within 28 days of placing your order.
 
In the unlikely event your goods arrive in a damaged condition, or there is a discrepancy in the contents of an order you have received, please contact our Customer Services team within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. You will also need to ensure that all original packaging is kept.

Sales Taxes & Duties

We ship duty paid to destinations within the European Union, taking care of customs paperwork and VAT payment. ( Note: as this is paid direct to Customs on import, via our courier, we will not be able to supply a VAT invoice.)
 

We ship duty unpaid to other markets. Your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches its destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. For further information on duty and tax we suggest you contact your local customs office.
 
Please be advised that we reserve the right to deduct, from any refund due to the customer, the costs incurred by us for the return shipment of Goods refused by the customer at Customs in the destination country.
